IRCTC launches Char Dham Yatra 2023 for all the devotees seeking to pay homage this year. The four holiest temples viz., Gangotri, Yamunotri, Badrinath, and Kedarnath are included in the Char Dham yatra. Long hikes and days of walking are required to complete the journey.

As we move forward it is important to know that two of the four sacred Char Dham Yatra pilgrimage destinations Kedarnath and Badrinath are ready to open their doors to devotees and the dates for the same have been announced.
Every year, thousands of devotees travel the Char Dham yatra. All pilgrims place a great deal of importance on the date that the door opens. According to the temple’s administrative board, Badrinath Dham will open on the 27th of April 2023, Thursday, while Kedarnath will welcome devotees on the 25th of April 2023.
Please note that every year, the Char Dham Yatra starts in the month of April or May and lasts until the winter months of October or November. All travellers must complete the Char Dham yatra registration process which has already been started.
